1. Angiostatin
Angiostatin is a recombinant version of a naturally occurring angiogenesis inhibitor and a component of plasminogen, a protein known to be involved in coagulation.
2. Endostatin
Endostatin is a recombinant version of a naturally occurring protein. It targets abnormal blood vessel growth associated with a broad range of diseases including cancer.
3. Panzem
Panzem (2-methoxyestradiol) disrupts microtubules, the scaffold of cells that actively participates in cell division, leading to the down regulation of HIF (hypoxia inducible factor 1 alpha). It targets rapidly growing cells with relatively high specificity and does not kill healthy cells.
