CEP-701 Pancreatic and prostate cancers Phase I
CEP-7055 Various tumors Phase I
Fentora (fentanyl buccal table) Cancer pain Market

1.ACTIQ

ACTIQ has been developed specifically to help manage breakthrough cancer pain (BTCP). It provides fentanyl in a unique oral transmucosal delivery system (OTS) and offers personal pain control for patients by delivering pain relief in 15 minutes.

2. CEP-701

CEP-701 is a tyrosine kinase (trk) inhibitor. The nerve growth factor, or NGF, and its receptor trk, may play an integral role in the development and propagation of hormone dependent and independent cancer and also in pancreatic cancer. CEP-701 is a class of small, orally active molecules that are selective inhibitors of trk, thus, antagonizing the "survival" signal elicited by this receptor.

3. CEP-7055

CEP-7055 is a vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Angiogenesis, the natural process used by the human body to produce blood vessels, occurs as a pathological process in the development of solid tumors such as breast and lung cancers. The blood vessels created by this process provide the nutrients and oxygen the tumor needs to grow and spread. The process of angiogenesis is mediated by a number of factors including polypeptide VEGF. As a result, inhibitors of the receptor kinase for VEGF have potential utility in the treatment of solid tumors.

CEP-7055 is an orally active small molecule that is potent and selective inhibitors of the VEGF receptor kinase. The molecule has been shown to slow the growth of certain tumors when used in vivo. CEP-7055 has the potential utility in a variety of solid tumors.
